• Treat our stuff like it's your own
• Cabin has 2 Queen size and 2 twin Beds.
• No smoking inside of Cabin
• No Pets
• Empty all trash cans and dispose of it at the collection site down the road ( Main Hwy. to the right)
• Clean all rooms & Bathrooms before leaving (Cleaning supplies are in the closet and a vacuum is provided)
• Make sure all toilets have stopped running before leaving
• Do not leave washer or dryer running when you leave the cabin
• If the fireplace is used, be sure to open the air vent. Close vent and clean out ashes before leaving
• Dispose of ashes Safely & Properly
• A gas grill is provided for outdoor cooking. Be sure to use it on the uncovered porch only
• Thermostat is to be set to 80 in the summer and 55 in the winter before you leave
• Don't leave any food in the refrigerator. Ice maker is not hooked up
• We have some things like salt, pepper, sugar, etc and you are welcome to those items
• Most Importantly, have a good time and enjoy our cabin

In case you do not want to clean the cabin after your stay, we can offer you a cleaning service for $40.00. We like the cabin to be in top shape for each visitor. Please let us know if you desire this service when you rent the cabin, so we can get it scheduled.
